GRAND RAPIDS INVENTOR'S AI ROBOT "SYNTAXX" HEADS TO CES 2027 - AND DROPS HIS DEBUT ALBUM

Robotikz Innovations selected for Eureka Park at CES in Las Vegas; Syntaxx's album "SYNTAXX" opens for pre-order

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - November 2026 - Robotikz Innovations, the Grand Rapids company founded by inventor and musician John Hamilton, has been selected to exhibit in Eureka Park at CES 2027, the world's biggest technology show, in Las Vegas, January 6-9, 2027. Hamilton is bringing his crew and the star of the company: Syntaxx, a humanoid AI robot performer he designed and built himself.

Syntaxx dances, talks with his audience, and performs live shows. And now he has an album of his own. "SYNTAXX - An AI Robotikz Performer" is 18 tracks of "Miami Techno," Hamilton's own fusion of Miami Bass and Detroit Techno, produced by Hamilton - known to bass fans as Iceman J and Mega Jon Bass - and featuring DJ Nino Leal on the scratches. The album is dedicated to the memory of Detroit techno originator Juan Atkins.

Hamilton has been making Miami Bass since the late 1980s, with eleven albums behind him. With Syntaxx, he builds the robot, writes the music and designs the shows himself - by hand, with motors, metal and code. After CES, Syntaxx's next stop is an audition for America's Got Talent in February 2027.

"Everything I'm doing is for a good cause," Hamilton said. "I want Syntaxx to be an entertainer and make people smile."

The album is available for pre-order at megajonsbass.com: the digital album ($14.99), the USB album in a CD case with the full cover art ($19.99), and a vinyl pre-order ($27.99). Every track has a 30-second preview on the site.
